How can you pay?

Currently, you can choose from the following payment options:

Through PayPal
If you wish to pay using PayPal, after the purchase is complete, you will be redirected to PayPal, where after signing in you can authorize the payment. After receiving confirmation, we will send you an e-mail with an electronic receipt containing the total of your order. You can download this receipt anytime by clicking on My purchases after logging in to the system. If payment is unsuccessful, the customer can choose a different payment option.

By card, through banking terminal
In this case, after the purchase is complete, you will be redirected to PayPal's/Borgun's credit card payment interface where you need to provide the necessary information. We do not store your provided credit card data, as we do not have access to it. If the payment is successful, you will be directed back to Postrader, where we will inform you of the successful transaction. After receiving confirmation, we will send you an e-mail with an electronic receipt containing the total of your order. You can follow your orders under My account.

Money transfer, bank deposit
Upon the completion of the purchase, the order will be closed and you will receive an e-mail with the bank account information where you need to send the money (you will also be able to see this information on the page appearing after completion of the purchase). The bank account information necessary for a money transfer/bank deposit can be accessed anytime under our General terms and conditions.

In case you choose the bank deposit option, you can send us the sum of the purchase through one of the following options:

- Western Union
Upon completing the purchase, the order will be closed and you will receive an e-mail with the necessary information, also you will be able to see this information on the appearing page after the order is closed.

How do we ship?

Inland shipping The product's country of origin and the country provided within the shipping information match.
Foreign shipping The product's country of origin and the country provided within the shipping information does not match.
Local delivery Foreign shipping
Under 40KG shipping is free!
- In some cases we may charge extra shipping fee.

- In the case of some products, there is an option for C.O.D. (cash on delivery) shipping. In this case the shipping fee will charge with extra.

Home delivery
Depending on availability, the contractual shipping company of Postrader will deliver you the product(s) to your doorstep in 72 hours to 30 days by latest. If the product(s) is sourced from an international supplier, the lead time might increase.

Pick up in person
It is not possible to pick up the oredered product in person.

Cancellation or exchange
If, for some reason, the ordered product does not meet your expectations and you want to exchange for something else or cancel your purchase, you can do so within 14 work days from delivery by sending us an electronical letter or by post office. In this case, the reutrning cost has to be paid by the buyer beacuse we can not undertake it.

You are entitled to a refund if you return the product to us intact, with a copy of the receipt, complete with accessories and in its original packaging. In case you have already used the product, the potentially resulting depreciation lies with the buyer.

The purchase price of the product will be refunded to you within 30 days of us receiving it. We cannot sign for products sent with C.O.D. (cash on delivery). Please let us know of your intention to cancel by e-mail including the ordered product's name, price and your contact information, as well as your bank account number, where we can refund the money to.
